In a game for the ages at Glebelands, Cranleigh Reserves played out a thrilling 4–4 draw at home before bowing out 2–4 on penalties. It was a cup exit, but one filled with pride and plenty of positives.

Goals from Ford (2), Sutton and Hallett capped a relentless, end-to-end performance that had everything – character, resilience and real quality. The lads left everything on the pitch, and while the shootout didn’t fall our way, this was a game of football to remember.

Heads high. A brilliant effort from everyone.
