Cranleigh Reserves continued their impressive start to the season with a 2–1 victory over Manorcroft United, a result that keeps them unbeaten after five games.
The win makes it three on the bounce following two tight draws earlier in the campaign. Cranleigh now sit second in the table, just one point behind leaders Lightwater – and remain the only unbeaten side in the division.
Manager Ben Horne was full of praise for his squad:
“Great performance from the lads. After two close draws, we’ve now won three on the bounce. The lads are gelling with each other, but we’ll keep pushing ourselves because I know we’re capable of more.”
Cranleigh Reserves will look to maintain their unbeaten run as they keep the pressure on at the top of the table.
