Event details
- Entry: £10 per person (individual entries only)
- Age restriction: Over 18s (ID may be required)
- Dress code: Optional fun – fascinators and top hats encouraged!
- Races: 6–9 races throughout the night
- Betting: Minimum £1, maximum £10 (cash only, £1 denominations)
- Food: Picnic-style buffet
- Bar: Cash and card accepted at the bar (bets remain cash only)
How it works
Race Night is a light-hearted evening of entertainment where everyone can join in – no teams required! Simply place your bets, cheer on your horse, and see if you come out a winner.
- Each race is shown on screen from our special Race Night DVD.
- Before each race, a short “form guide” introduces the runners.
- Bets are placed one race at a time and close before the race begins.
- Winnings are paid out on the night – don’t forget to bring cash for your bets.
Behind the scenes
Our Race Night follows the Lottery and Amusement Act 1976 to ensure everything runs smoothly and fairly. A dedicated team of ticket sellers will handle the wagers, and our operator will run the races on screen.
As a charity fundraiser, a percentage of the total bets goes directly to supporting Cranleigh FC – so every flutter helps your local football club.
