Cranleigh Football Club is on the lookout for a passionate and committed First Team Coach to join our senior setup ahead of the 2025/26 season. This position will help build on a successful second half to the 2024-2025 season which the Cranes climb from the foot of the table to 8th; 5th in the form guide over that period, 23 points gained, and a goal return that jumped from 1.07 to 2.8 GPG.
This is a voluntary role suited to someone who holds an FA coaching qualification and has a good level of experience in competitive football, ideal for a recently retired player looking to begin their coaching journey or take the next step in a team environment.
The successful candidate will support both weeknight training sessions and matchdays, working closely with First Team Managers Paul Jones and Sam Carpenter to help develop and drive the squad forward.
Cranleigh FC is an ambitious club, currently playing at Step 7 of the National League System, with a clear vision and aspiration to progress to Step 5 in the coming seasons. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a progressive and community-driven club with big plans.
Training begins on 26th June 2025 in Cranleigh.
