As excitement builds for Cranleigh FC’s End of Season Celebration on Saturday 17th May at Glebelands School, we’d like to share some important information about photography on the day.
A club photographer will be capturing the highlights of the event – from team matches and award presentations to the atmosphere and celebrations. These images may be used on Cranleigh FC’s website, social media channels, and in future promotional materials.
What you need to know:
-
Photography will take place throughout the event.
-
By attending, adult guests and visitors give consent to appear in photographs that may be published by the club.
-
For youth players, a safeguarding process will be in place to protect their privacy where needed.
Safeguarding process for youth players:
-
If you do not wish for your child to appear in any published photos, please visit the catering tent on arrival to collect a clearly visible armband.
-
Players wearing these armbands will be identified and excluded from any published images taken by the club’s photographer.
A polite reminder:
Please do not share photos of other children on personal social media accounts, even if taken with good intentions.
We want everyone to enjoy the day knowing their preferences around photography are respected. If you have any concerns or specific queries, please get in touch with our communications team ahead of the event via news@cranleighfc.co.uk.
Thank you for your understanding and support. We look forward to celebrating a brilliant season with you all!
