The Cranleigh Football Club Committee wholeheartedly supports the construction of the new Cranleigh Leisure Centre, which is due to commence in the Autumn of 2025. This development will be a tremendous asset for our community, providing modern facilities that will benefit residents across the village and surrounding areas.

As a club, we place high value on fitness and sporting excellence. The new leisure centre represents an exciting opportunity to enhance the recreational and health facilities available to everyone in Cranleigh. As we continue to grow as a club, having facilities like this for residents to have access to is something the whole village can be proud of.

We acknowledge that during the construction period, there will be an impact on parking at Village Way Car Park, which may at times cause issues during our match days. However, we recognise that plenty of alternative parking is available at:

  • Snoxhall Fields
  • Knowle Park
  • Stocklund Square

We trust the council to come up with alternative parking arrangements during the construction period and welcome the chance to work with them to provide adequate solutions on match days.

The new leisure centre is essential for the future of Cranleigh, supporting the health and wellbeing of our growing community. We are delighted to support Waverley Borough Council in delivering this exciting project and look forward to seeing the positive impact it will have on our village.
