Cranleigh FC Women’s Team enjoyed a successful weekend of football with three consecutive wins

Playing in the Surrey FC Women’s Flexible league the weekend started in Dorking with a 0-3 win against Mole Valley Mayhem. A very wet evening saw goals from Charlotte (2) and Laura claim the three points for Cranleigh

Nat with her debut in goal keeping a clean sheet

Super Sunday consisted of back to back games at Glebelands School 3G pitch where the spacious pitch gave us the opportunity to employ our passing game

The first Sunday match was a rematch against Mole Valley Mayhem which we dominated running out eventual 11-0 winners

Leanne did well to keep a clean sheet

Goal scorers were a “Hat Trick from Laura, Alice (2), Katie (2), Charlotte, Nat, Fi, Soph and Caroline

We followed this up with a match against Reigate Lionesses whose strong side was no match for the power and pace of the Cranleigh Team who scored 5 and only an unfortunate “own goal” blotted 3 wins for us without conceding

A “Hat Trick” from Charlotte and goals from Soph and Caroline gave us the 5-1 result to complete a clean sweep of weekend matches

Well done everyone who played
